NON RESIDENT OF UITM RAUB
This semester are the most hectic ever.
Those 1500 new Students that get into UITM RAUB .
Make us being kicked from the college😎.
After result come out, we got result of our hostel.
unexpectedly, That said " No application was apply"
i was so "JUNGSHOOK" (shocked) . I applied for that application before.
I'm so messed up. then i appeal for that application again.
And guess what? We wait for NOTHING!
Among of 100 Female Student that appeal for that, just 8 persons that can get in hostel .UNBELIEVABLE !!! What the most annoying things is the MPP said" that was consideration of the The Rector " HAHAHHAHAHA That was the funniest thing that i ever heard that day.
To find the house outside the college was the hard things too. Even UITM provide the list of House Owner that rent the house. It was hard for student that comes from far state such as Terengganu, Kelantan , Perak and other. That "HOW TO FIND ONE SUITABLE HOUSE"
not the price for the rent. That other things.
We have to negotiate with the owner of the house,
Find the near location to the UITM ?
How about the transport that we have to go with?

SETTING :
·
Historical.
·
After beginning his
career at Deen Witter, Chris Gardner went on to found the investment firm
Gardner rich in 1987.
·
In 2006, Chris Gardner
sold a minority stake in his brokerage firm in a multi-million dolar deal.
PLOT
:
·
BEGINNING
: In 1981, San Francisco salesman Chris Gardner invests his entire life savings
in portable bone density scanners,
which he demonstrates to doctors and pitches as a handy quantum leap over
standard X-rays. The
scanners play a vital role in his life. While he is able to sell most of them,
the time lag between the sales and his growing financial demands enrage his
already bitter and alienated wife Linda, who works as a hotel maid. The
financial instability increasingly erodes their marriage, in spite of them
caring for Christopher Jr., their soon-to-be five-year-old son.
·
CONFLICT
: While Gardner is trying to sell one of the scanners, he meets Jay Twistle, a
manager for Dean Witter Reynolds, and impresses him by solving a Rubik's Cube during
a taxi ride. After Jay leaves, Gardner lacks money to pay the fare and chooses
to run instead, causing the driver to angrily chase him into a BART station. Gardner boards a train but loses one of
his scanners in the process. His new relationship with Jay earns him the chance
to become an intern stockbroker. The day before the interview, Gardner
grudgingly agrees to paint his apartment so as to postpone being evicted due
to his difficulty in paying the rent. While painting, Gardner is greeted by two
policemen at his doorstep, who take him to the station, stating he has to pay
for the numerous parking tickets he has accumulated. As part of the sanction,
Gardner is ordered to spend the night in jail instead, complicating his
schedule for the interview the next morning. He manages to arrive at Dean
Witter's office on time, albeit still in his shabby clothes. Despite his
appearance, he impresses the interviewers and lands an unpaid internship. He
would be among 20 interns competing for a paid position as a stockbroker.
·
CLIMAX : Gardner's
unpaid internship does not please Linda, who eventually leaves for New York
because she might get a job at her sister's boyfriend's new restaurant. After
Gardner bluntly says she is incapable of being a single mom, she agrees that
Christopher Jr. will remain with his dad. Gardner is further set back when his
bank account is garnishedby the IRS for
unpaid income taxes, and he and Christopher are evicted. He ends up with less
than $21, resulting in them being homeless, and they are forced at one point to
stay in a restroom at a BART station. Other days, he and Christopher spend
nights at a homeless shelter, in BART, or, if he manages to procure sufficient cash,
at a hotel. Later, Gardner finds the bone scanner that he lost in the BART
station earlier and, after repairing it, sells it to a physician, thus
completing all his sales of his scanners.
·
ENDING : Disadvantaged
by his limited work hours, and knowing that maximizing his client contacts and
profits is the only way to earn the broker position, Gardner develops a number
of ways to make phone sales calls more efficiently, including reaching out to
potential high-value customers, defying protocol. One sympathetic prospect who
is a top-level pension fund manager even takes Chris and Christopher to a San Francisco 49ers game. Regardless of his challenges, he never
reveals his lowly circumstances to his colleagues, even going so far as to lend
one of his bosses $5 for cab fare, a sum that he cannot afford. Concluding his
internship, Gardner is called into a meeting with his managers. One of them
notes he is wearing a new shirt. Gardner explains it is his last day and
thought to dress for the occasion. The manager smiles and says he should wear
another new one tomorrow, letting him know that he has won the coveted
full-time position and giving him back his $5 as he promised. Fighting back
tears, Gardner shakes hands with them, then rushes to his son's daycare to
embrace Christopher. They walk down the street, joking with each other (and are
passed by the real Chris Gardner, in a business suit). The epilogue reveals
that Gardner went on to form his own multimillion-dollar brokerage firm.

5- Plot:
In December 1995, Chuck Noland is a time-obsessed systems engineer who
travels worldwide resolving productivity problems at FedEx depots. He is in a long-term relationship with Kelly Frears, with
whom he lives in Memphis, Tennessee. Although the
couple wants to get married, Chuck's busy schedule interferes with their
relationship. A Christmas gathering with relatives is interrupted when Chuck is
summoned to resolve a problem in Malaysia. While flying
through a violent storm, his plane crashes into the Pacific Ocean. Chuck escapes from
the sinking plane and is saved by an inflatable life raft, but loses the emergency locator
transmitter. He clings to the life raft, loses consciousness, and floats all night
before washing up on an island. After he awakens, he explores the island and
soon discovers that it is uninhabited.
Several FedEx packages from the crashed plane
also wash up on the shore, as well as the corpse of one of the pilots, whom he
buries. He initially attempts to signal for rescue and makes an escape attempt
with the remnants of his life raft, but cannot pass the powerful surf and the
coral reefs surrounding the island. He searches for food, water, and shelter,
and opens the packages, making use of a number of items. He leaves one package,
which has a pair of angel wings printed on it, unopened. During a first attempt
to make fire, Chuck receives a deep wound to his hand. In anger and pain, he
throws several objects, including a Wilson volleyball from one of the packages.
Later, he draws a face in the bloody hand print on the ball, names it Wilson,
and begins talking to it. One night, Chuck calculates that in order for the
rescue workers to find the site of the plane crash, they will have to search an
area twice the size of Texas, making his rescue unlikely.
Four years later, Chuck has adapted to the
island's meager living conditions, having become adept at spearing fish and
making fires. He also has regular conversations and arguments with Wilson, his
only means of socialization. A large section of a portable toilet washes up on the island; Chuck uses it
as a sail in the construction of a raft. After spending some time building and
stocking the raft and waiting for optimal weather conditions (using an analemma he
has created in his cave to monitor the time of year), he launches, using the
sail to overcome the powerful surf. After some time on the ocean, a storm
nearly tears his raft apart. The following day, as Chuck sleeps, Wilson becomes
untethered and floats away from the raft. Chuck is wakened by the spray of a
sounding whale, sees Wilson, and swims after him, but Wilson has gone too far
to be safely retrieved. Chuck returns to the raft and collapses in tears.
Later, a passing cargo ship finds him drifting.
Upon returning to civilization, Chuck learns
that he has long been given up for dead; his family and acquaintances have held
a funeral, Kelly has moved on and has since married and has a daughter. After
reuniting, the pair profess their love for each other but, realizing they could
not be together because of her commitment to her new family, they sadly part. Kelly
gives Chuck the car they once shared. Some time later, Chuck travels to Canadian, Texas, to return the unopened FedEx package with
the angel wings to its sender, a woman named Bettina Peterson. No one is home,
so he leaves the package at the door with a note saying that the package saved
his life. He departs and stops at a deserted crossroads. A friendly woman
passing by in a pickup truck stops to explain where each road leads. As she
drives away, Chuck notices angel wings on the back of her truck which match
those on the parcel. As Chuck is left standing at the crossroads he looks down each
road, then smiles faintly as he looks in the direction of the woman's truck

7:Plot
In
2007, self-styled 'environmentalist' Lucy Mirando becomes CEO of the Mirando
Corporation, succeeding her twin sister Nancy. She announces that they have
been breeding a special kind of “super pig”. The twenty-six produced specimens
are sent to farmers in different locations around the world, and ten years
later, one of them will be crowned the winner of a competition to breed the
best pig.
In
2017, a young girl named Mija lives in South Korea with her grandfather and
their super pig, Okja. They are visited by Mirando spokesperson and zoologist
Dr. Johnny Wilcox, who declares Okja the best super pig and announces they will
take her to New York City. Mija's grandfather presents her with a gold pig and
explains to her that he saved up money to buy the solid gold item to replace
Okja when she was taken away. Devastated, Mija runs away to Seoul to find Okja,
where she sees her as she is being loaded onto a truck. Mija chases down the
truck but it is intercepted by the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). In the
resulting chaos, Mija and Okja run away but are eventually saved by the ALF,
led by Jay. Jay uses another ALF member, K, as a translator to tell Mija that
they plan to put a recording device in Okja's ear and let her be re-captured by
the Mirando corporation to show how they mistreat their animals. Mija tells
them to return her to the mountains but K tells the group that Mija is in
agreement with their plan. They abandon her, and Okja is recaptured.
To
minimise the PR damage to the company, Lucy pays for Mija to come to New York
to be reunited with her pig. Okja is taken to a laboratory where she is
forcibly bred with another super pig and flesh is taken from her for a taste
test. After the ALF sees the footage, K reveals that he lied to the rest of the
group about Mija's support of the plan. Jay attacks K, and expels him from the
ALF.
In
New York City, Mija is forced to agree to the wishes of the Mirando
corporation. Jay slips into her room and tells her that they plan to rescue
Okja while on stage. A parade is put on by the Mirando Corporation. Okja,
blinded and battered, does not recognize Mija and attacks. Jay tries to hurt
Okja, but Mija prevents him, calming Okja down. A video of the mistreatment of
Okja is screened by the ALF to the public, who quickly turn on the Mirando
Corporation. Mija and the ALF attempt to escape with Okja but fail. Okja is
recaptured and the ALF members are arrested, except for Mija and Jay who are
rescued by K. Nancy, having returned to control the company, closes the lab,
scraps all of Lucy's promotional marketing, and starts full-time operations at
their slaughterhouse.
Jay
and K take Mija to find Okja at the processing plant and find her being forced
up a ramp leading into a slaughterhouse. Mija finds Okja as she is about to be
killed and shows the Mirando employee a photograph of herself with a baby Okja.
Nancy arrives and Mija offers the golden pig in exchange for Okja's life. Nancy
agrees to the deal and has Jay and K arrested. As Mija and Okja are escorted
away, a pair of superpigs manages to push their newborn through the fence, and
Okja hides it within her mouth to take it away.
Back
in the countryside, Mija resumes her life with her grandfather, Okja, and the
new piglet.
In a post-credits scene, Jay is released from prison and gets on board a bus with K and the other members of the organization. With their newest member Kim Woo-shik, a former driver for Mirando Corporation, they plan to disrupt a major meeting involving all of the Mirando shareholders.
